I really wanted to keep my blog site free from all of this so that you all could comer here and enjoy a little laughter and some fun and have a few drinks with me. Well my blenders been going since I got home from work Magaritta's of coarse. I pick up the news paper and more bullshit is being spread through out the nation. Pull up the internet and even more, the radio is even loaded with it. The more these politicians say you wonder who you can trust and who you can't. All I know is I want peace in our country. I want our service men home and alive. I want families to be whole again. Jobs to be plentiful. Infated prices to level out on everything. I've been sitting here thinking about this crap all night so far and I worry. Are things going to get better? Yes some things are going to improve I can only trust in God for that. Some things aren't going to change which hurts deeply the loss of our service men. (I guess I can include any war or dispute for that matter) The loss of whole families. Our government has turned on us. It's time we all pushed back. We may be the little people but in numbers we can be big. Just some crap on my mind thanks for letting me unload. Tip your drinks and bless us all.

In times like this we all turn more to the political scene. It's a shame it gets to that point isn't it? If we had good leaders we wouldn't all have to fuss and worry about it all.
*Sigh*... Guess I'll have another beer. Pet my cats, try to worry less about it. Have a nice evening Hon.
My evenings usually are my wind down time. You're right the bad news comes at you from all sides these days. You're also right that if we all get together we can make some big changes. After all, these people in DC work for us and they'll do what they are told by us to do or they are fired. I think in Nov we'll send a bunch of them pink slips.
Each time I see pictures coming out of Iraq, I feel so sorry for the citizens there who are caught in the middle of all the killing. Poor people who can't afford to leave the country so they are forced to try to live in the hell that place has become.
I hope that's pink slips without Umemployment they didn't do their job for any of us this last term. Isn't that insobordination? I saw on our own streets Children I mean Children holding up signs and screaming at passer bys saying 'Stop the killing of children in Iraq' tears came to myeyes knowing these children our own children know that children their own age are being killed which tells us they're not beyond killing our own children, too. May God be with them!
Have no fear Paris, there are always us freedom fighters out there. We dare to speak truth to power because it is the right thing to do. If this country became the all out police state that that are trying to turn it into, then from the swamps of Louisiana, the loudest voice of rebellion would be heard. Red Dawn style!! I dare to take the fight to them, for our voices are the beginning of a change.
